We found so many great clothes and shoes for my son! We were at the Old Navy next door shopping for back to school, and weren't having much luck. My husband suggested walking in here and I'm so glad we did. I feel like we hit the jackpot, and didn't have to spends hundreds of dollars.

Ive been to all the Platos closets in the area trying to get rid of a bunch of great and gently used clothing before my move. Out of all of them, this location was by far the best looking, clean and smelt great for being a thrift store. Their air freshener was doing its job but didnt give me a headache, you can tell that they care about the place down to the quality of products that they invested in. Furthermore from the woman, I walked into the door the staff had great customer service and the manager was completely efficient and highly informative as it was my second experience and my first experience was poor at the Garland location. I called ahead just to make sure that they were taking donations as all the other location took was a sports bra— from the five bins that I had. All in great condition. Very gently used and clean. This location gave me the best experience and I left with $100 in my pocket. I will definitely be back to this location after I do my next purge before the big move. Thank you to the management and team that gave a 10 out of 10 experience. I would recommend this place to anybody who has great clothes but needs to get rid of them or wants to find nice things at a good cost.

I love Plato's Closet, I'm greeted every time I walk in, by everyone that is in the front which is usually over 4 people. I have sold there before and from what I recall if you want your items processed right away you stay in store (makes perfect sense) if not you are free to go until you get a text. Not a hostage situation at all 😂. Most of them are teens and that is their first job so no they are not going to have "seasoned experience " in customer service. I have worked retail and it is not an easy job. I have never had an issue here and will continue to go back.

I had a great experience at Plato’s Closet! The staff was friendly, professional, and made the selling process quick and easy. The store was clean, well organized, and had a great selection of trendy, name-brand items at affordable prices. I really appreciated how smooth everything was from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back to shop. highly recommend!
